So how do you get a celebrity endorsement? As a mumpreneur having invented a product for use in pregnancy it seemed obvious to target pregnant celebrities and really thought from one woman to another striving to make a living I thought they would automatically respond, but seems this is not the case. Recently, Holly Willoughby’s agent accepted an offer to send Holly a holo and on receiving it confirmed that she had passed it on, but unfortunately Holly was unable to provide any feedback on any products sent to her. A little annoying but seems this is probably the norm, having not heard back from Coleen Rooney, Sara Cox, Dannii Minogue, Jules Oliver, Abi Clancy and Myleene Klass. The question is, do I carry on sending out holo’s hoping for a response and some publicity for the holo? I guess the answer is yes and that is thanks to the lovely Kirsty McCabe from ITV’s Daybreak who did take the time to email and thank me. So if she can I am sure others may follow…Now all I need, a photo of Abi Clancy on a holo in Barbados… anyone?…ooh and Posh Spices address!

Hi, I hadn’t even heard of the HOLO before I came across your post on the Blog Carnival! It looks a really great product and will tel my pregnant daughter about it.
I recently made sock monkeys for the Dancing on Ice contestants. The only feedback I’ve had so far is from Torvill & Dean which was very positive and did get my name out in Twitter land when they tweeted a pic, but I have to agree that getting a celebrity endorsement is not easy.
Good luck with your product

celebrity endorsements are sure shot in most countries as so many want to be them, feel a closeness to them and the more we see them the more we know them and want to have what they have.
